The star of this show is Dr Hootan Shah, an angel in disguise. He is professional, knowledgeable and so caring for my dog that he treats her like his own. You will never walk out of a consultation with unanswered questions, he is clear, concise and has passion for his work. He never forgets what it is like to be in your shoes as a concerned pet owner and how he must explain the situation in a manner that won't make you panic. No amount of words can describe how amazing this man is, you need to see for yourself. I encourage anyone in the area to take their animal to him, you wont go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Hootan Shah, you are a valuable asset to that Hospital, so much so that if I was the business owner, I would never let you leave. You will always have my recommendation. Keep up the wonderful work you're doing for our best companions in life!
On top of this, I would also like to add that the nurses are very welcoming and friendly when you enter. I think it takes a lot to be in their shoes and to always greet customers with a smile on their face is outstanding customer service, a big thank you to you as well girls!
